270. Garlic Fried Potatoes (Feeding Babies and Small Children)
Because I can spend a quiet evening in, eating potato slices, which I've fried in goosefat with peeled garlic cloves, not caring that my hair smells of smoky fat and my clothes have oil-splotches on them.

And because I can eat my indulgently-fried potatoes, covered in Maldon salt, perfectly contented, slouched in front of the TV.

Oh my god how good these potatoes look! I bet they were yummy. :)
